Sue B. says:
After losing my phone in the theater they turned on the house lights so I could search for it. YES they did. I call that VERY accommodating and all with a smile. My life is in my phone so they save my life!!!!

Al Mazany regarding Cinemark Theatre, Woodlands says:
We had gone to the Cinemark to watch the last movie. When I got home, I realized that I had lost my wallet somewhere in the theatre.
Early next morning I returned to Cinemark.
I would like to pass on my thanks & compliments to the staff at the Cinemark Theater; specifically to Mr Sterling (theater Manager)who spent a lot of time helping me look under theatre seats to find my wallet. We didn't find it, However; Thanks to Mr "Angel' who did find the wallet at the closing of day and put it securly aside in aside.
The wallet contained all the obvious; credit cards, two major, and costly, GIFT cards; And, of course, my Drivers License. But most important were my pictures of my children and family members. The wallet was a personal gift from my deceased father. I was downtrodden.
Ditto for another Staff member - Andrea.
We had gone to the Cinemark the evening before to see the Special Events. We were very early and joked with the 'counter staff' person Andrea. She was extrememly pleasant, taking a ration of silly jokes from our small group. She was very patient with our indecisions but accomodating.
Overall, I was thrilled and appreciative of the outcome of going to that Cinemark theatre.
It renewed my confidence and trust in public service employees. Sincerely, Al
