If it is true, and as severe as the plaintiffs purport, I don't see how only 7 houses would be affected. There are fault lines all over the place. Tectonic movement would seem far fetched as to the reason for the trouble. I'd want to know more about it before drawing a conclusion. I've seen too many goofy lawsuits. Perhaps it's just foundation issues being blamed on developers, who knows.

I find that interesting. When I read about the fault that is being talked about it supposedly runs down 2978. Carlton Woods is not where I read the fault occurs. But it really is something the developers should know about.
