Anyone else feel dumbed down by these local elections? It seems like these candidates only care about bigger signs and more signs.

They don't run a bunch of tv ads. They depend on signs and speeches before small groups for recognition.

Which election are you talking about? The primary? Or is there a local election? I am in Harris County. Is there a special election of anykind? I think we have some kind of vote on May 29th.

It's the primary. Typically only activists vote in the primary so the candidates are focusing on those people. My mailbox gets a lot of messages!

There is a need to vote in my opinion. Like the US Senate race, there are major differences between the candidates.

I am relatively new to Texas. I will be voting here for the first time. I need to bone up on their qualifications. I have written several letters to Cornyn but all I get back are form letters that do not have anything to do with my comments,
