Where do you think we get highways, bridges, firefighters, policemen, teachers, environmental protection, levees, dams, National Parks workers, space exploration,FEC, CDC, FDA, DPS,and on and on.........tell me that government doesn't create jobs, Army, Navy, Airforce, Marines.....those jobs are created by the government.

Space exploration I believe has been taken away by our President. NASA is laying off people, so the government took those jobs away.

Teachers are losing their jobs left and right. This year the lay offs are on a hold but who knows about next year.

Yes, I am aware of NASA, but, it was a big government project and some employees are still there.
Teachers have been a victim of the austerity that the Conservatives want to eliminate.
What do you propose to help our problems?

Well tell that to the people who lost their jobs, there were a lot. So as far as I'm concerned the creation of jobs is not there.

Conservatives are not to blame for teachers losing their jobs.

if they had passed the president's jobs bill, teachers were included in it as were firefighters, policement, etc.

Jobs bills would just cost us more in the long run.

All the liberals can do is blame everything on someone or something else.

The President can't run on his record because it is lousy, plain and simple.

Txwoodchuck, I have yet to see you write something that wasn't blaming a "liberal" for something. whenever someone gives you facts you act like it's an excuse.

So why is it you like Romney?
Are you one of the 1%. ?
What small business do you own?
Did you make you money by outsourcing?
How much money do receive in disability, or social security?

I don't think texwoodchuck blames liberals as much as he just bats the ball back when the conservatives are blamed.

I thought txwoodchuck asked for solutions to problems. I took my hand at it, now the rest of you can give some solutions.

You don't have the solutions and neither do I.

But, I DO KNOW that they DON'T start in Washington

Where else do they start?
