They stand better chance coming up in a broken home. A mom cant teach a son to be a man and vice versa. Things just change, unfortunately for the worse...

That's NOT what the study says. It compares outcomes in children raised by same-sex couples to those raised in conventional households. Children raised by single parents or in broken homes are not included in the study.

There are several problems with this report. The first is that it appears in the Washington Times, owned by The Unification Church (The "Moonies".) If you have seen their mass wedding ceremonies, you will be aware that they have a strong bias.

The second is that the report comes from professors in Texas and Louisiana, bastions of conservative sexual values.

That doesn't mean it's wrong and it will be interesting to see if the studies are replicated in future research but for the present it's just an interesting idea.
