Remember to support Chick-Fil-A tomorrow! I cannot name any other company that does so much to support their employees, customers, and communities!

I think this WHOLE thing has been blown out of proportion and people read more into what he said. It seems ok for Lady Gaga to support helping teens decide if they are gay or not, really that is a tough time anyway, and no one talks about Office Depot giving money to Lady Gaga's "Born this Way Foundation", but it's not ok for the CEO of a company to say he believes marriage is between a man and woman? I have family members who are gay, I accept them for who they are, but they know my beliefs on the issue and we just don't discuss it, I don't push my beliefs on them and they don't push theirs on me.

Forbes found 100 companies that are better for their employees last year (http://money.cnn.com/magazines/fortune/bestcompanies/2011/full_list/)

And I'm not sure what they do to support their customers - given the majority of their menu is fried I would suggest they could do a lot more for their customers!

I guess the community aspect depends how you measure it - Kroger, Safeway and Macys all gave away more of their profits to charity for example...

Thankfully we each get to decide on our own if we want to go and support chikfila tommorrow. Everyone else can go shopping I guess to support the Forbes top 100 companies.

Of course. For clarity, my link wasn't the Forbes Top 100 companies, it was the top 100 companies to work for.

i had the pleasure to work for one of those companies and I can tell you that I appreciated every perk i received. It was awesome. One perk that I especially liked was that my company contributed a very nice some of $ to my charity of choice. It was one of many great perks. The salary was nice also!

I am not such a big fan of Chick-Fil-A regardless of their stance on gay people. It is just breaded, fried chicken on a bun.

They have grilled sanwiches. Wraps and grilled chicken salad. It isn't all fried.
