All of the TV stations claim it's pouring in the Woodlands and we had every bit of 20 to 30 drops. We must be under a dome in our area. We had a lot of noise (thunder) but no action.

My wife works off of Research Forest and she says it's really pouring down up there... the dome must be localized :-)

We are in Sterling Ridge just off Woodlands Parkway and it did get dark and noisy but not enough rain to fill my dogs dish.

I'm out of town again so I have to rely on remote reports... Murphy's Law suggests we'll have a major storm now I am not home to check on the property!

I was over by the Waterway around 11:30am and it was absolutely pouring. Lasted about 20 minutes and then lightened up again. Driving along Lake Woodlands on the way there it was sunny by Lake Woodlands/Gosling/Panther Creek, with black-gray sky in front of me and two blocks later it was very dark. Huge bolts of lightening.

After the drought conditions last Summer, every drop of rain is welcome.

In 2 days my rain gauge says 2.5 inches for Tues/Wed. It's pretty soaked around here.

My grass is so tall the dogs can't seem to be inclined to do their business as thier bellies touch the grass. I think the lawn guy's mower needs to be lowered.
