Puppies can be dangerous to your health.

My 10 month old Foster is really perfect but like all puppies she wants to chew. Hailey won't let her have any toys or treats so she finds things around the house...coathangers, candles, books and socks. Today she found a can of mace on my bookshelf I forgot I had. I grabbed it from her but she had pierced the can. It got all over my hands and having a cold I touched my nose while sneezing...ouch, then I washed my hands and my face hoping it would come off easily, evidently that just spreads it, lol. That stuff burns like heck. This girlie stays busy all day long looking for fun. I can't imagine having a itty bitty puppy...give me an older dog any day!

I don't know how to post pics...I'll get my DH to when he has time. Mogopups...I have two adopted Huskies and one is EXTREMELY treat, food, toy and attention motivated. If I put toys down while I have a foster Hailey will KILL the foster. As it is I have to always feed my fosters in another room, give them treats only in their crate and keep my eyes peeled for when the foster finds a house-hold item to make into a toy and Hailey decides it's hers NOW. I don't know what her previous life was like to make her this way but I can't change that part of her personality. She's like that with my other dog so he gets his treats and toys on the bed where she can't get to (she's a little pudgy and can't jump on the bed). I've had her for 4 years and she's always been like this. They say some Huskies attitude is, "What's mine is mine, what's yours is mine and what's ours is mine, too!" That's my Hailey!

LOL maybe the mace would have taught her not to get into things
It's amazing what they are able to find even in the most seemingly organized house!
