Hey LoniB...we love you and know your heart was in the right place and you did a great job. I got my first dog from a byb, didn't know any better. We all learn a little every day.

Don't waste your time arguing with doddlebug. This person has been a member here for a long time and has been involved with plenty of these dog threads and arguments. If doddlebug knows anything, they would know that you and me ARE rescue volunteers and are very dedicated to the cause, pmom.

I remember dbug being very ignorant about certain things. Obviously the BYB is one of them.

I was guessing that XJam. I was just a little offended to be told to go do Adoption Day on Saturdays! I HOST adoption days! But she didn't know that, lol. I'm guessing she is a byb.

BYB don't spend any money on those puppies. They never see the inside of a a vet's office.

they ususally will buy the vaccines cheap at feed store and wormer too and usualy sell the pups at 6 weeks which is way too early...so sure they make money!

Loni, we are all ignorant at one point and time in our lives. I bought my first cat from a friggin pet store, can you belive that?

Before I knew any better, a BYB in Dayton sold a german shepherd puppy to an ex and I at 4 weeks old!! They didn't ask any questions about us or where we lived. We gave them 250 bucks, they gave us a puppy, and that was it.
