Roger ..... acquitted on all charges!

Roger ..... acquitted on all charges!

Roger Clemens catches a big break, he's very lucky that Andy Pettitte kind of changed his testimony by saying there's a 50-50 chance he misunderstood Roger. This had to cost him a fortune for the defense team, it's a shame that the prosecution doesn't have to pay the bill.

The government spent millions $$ of tax payers money on two trials without getting a guilty verdict.

I would love to know what Clemens expenses were, travel, attorneys, etc.

More to come ???

"(Clemens) may not be guilty, but he's certainly not innocent," Earl Ward, one of McNamee's attorneys, told USA TODAY Sports. "We will have an opportunity to move this thing forward in court in Brooklyn."

Added another McNamee attorney, Richard Emery: "It's just one chapter in a longer saga. The next chapter is in Brooklyn where there will be a Brooklyn judge and a Brooklyn jury. Clemens will have to testify. When he testifies, I think the jury will react differently."

I am glad that it is over. The whole thing dragged on too long and cost the taxpayer way too much money!

None of the charges were based on whether he used steroids but all on lying to Congress. Does anyone actually believe that he did not use roids? Strange that Andy Pettitte admitted using them and not Roger when they trained together.

Brian McNamee, the trainer had absolutely no credibility and his former wife even sold him down the river.

Yeah I used to work in Bentwater where his family lives. Kept a pretty low profile. I think it was a waste of time and money for this trial.
