Roger Clemens catches a big break, he's very lucky that Andy Pettitte kind of changed his testimony by saying there's a 50-50 chance he misunderstood Roger. This had to cost him a fortune for the defense team, it's a shame that the prosecution doesn't have to pay the bill.
More to come ???

"(Clemens) may not be guilty, but he's certainly not innocent," Earl Ward, one of McNamee's attorneys, told USA TODAY Sports. "We will have an opportunity to move this thing forward in court in Brooklyn."
Added another McNamee attorney, Richard Emery: "It's just one chapter in a longer saga. The next chapter is in Brooklyn where there will be a Brooklyn judge and a Brooklyn jury. Clemens will have to testify. When he testifies, I think the jury will react differently."
Texbuck...I knoww the Clemens family has/had a house in Bentwater. I saw him driving around with his mother shortly before she passed...he was waving at me to go because we were at a crossroads...i let him go instead and got to wave hi...lols

None of the charges were based on whether he used steroids but all on lying to Congress. Does anyone actually believe that he did not use roids? Strange that Andy Pettitte admitted using them and not Roger when they trained together.
Brian McNamee, the trainer had absolutely no credibility and his former wife even sold him down the river.
