I am not certain how Tomball ISD compares with Conroe ISD. But, I am sure they are pretty comparable. In The Woodlands are private schools, as well.

I'd vote Alden Bridge for a good established neighborhood with lots of kids and good elementary schools. The most kids specifically seem to be in the sections off Research Forest, though the sections off 242 are nice, too.
