What a hack job 'report'. According to an article linked from this report, Bill Clinton held parties with 700 guests but another source in the same report 'can't remember any costing more than 200,000 dollars'?
Taking inflation into account that means the Clintons hosted 700 people for a state dinner for 145k? There's no way they held a state dinner for 200 dollars a head.
So that's BS.
And these 'sources' and 'documents' - nothing is provided to prove any of it. There is no data for previous administrations, just hearsay and vague recollections. More BS.
Then let's consider the premise of the article - Obama has spent more than George W Bush on state dinners? One of our most insular presidents spent less than Obama? Color me surprised!
