Welcome everyone. I have been here a year from Omaha. I movede there from SW Houston 5 years ago. Retirement is great in The Woodlands........many things to explore. Plus, the neighborhood I live in is so very friendly. I will NEVER move to the snow and cold, again. It is hot, here, but, at least, we get out in it and go places without tons of clothes and earmuffs. Plus, when it is 6 degrees with a 40 mile an hour wind, no one is hanging out in the front yard!
When I am too hot, I jump in my pool. That has been a wonderful addition as I had never had a pool in the past. It is a whole different world here than in SW Houston.
Hi everyone! My family of 6 just moved here from Southern California. We love it so far. We've been trying to find a different park to explore every morning. So far, we've been to at least 20 different parks. We're having more fun here than we ever had in California!
