Hi All, my name is Joel. I live just south of Creekside Park in the Saddlebrook Village subdivision. One of the reasons I bought there is because it will eventually be very close to the Creekside Park amenities. (The Creekside Village Center, Lonestar College campus, other retail, and the Grand Parkway will all be withing 3 miles of my subdivision.)
Unfortunately, the economic downturn has slowed a lot of this development. Hopefully it picks up soon. Kuykendahl is being expanded and the Tomball ISD site north of Augusta Pines is being worked on... so, there is hope.
I'm always looking for inside information on the area and love to know what's coming and going, so I expect this forum to be a valuable source of information. Thanks for making it available!

Checking this out to search for employment and volunteer opportunities.
Also to be familiar with the beautiful area and find out where to window shop, what kind of activities there is such as fun runs, free lunch-in-the-park concerts, where is a public market, where to camp and fish or learn how to dance contra-dancing, venues for live music, where is the best breakfast places that won't break your budget?
I'm looking for breakfast establishments that are off the beaten path... example is Beth's Cafe in Seattle (in which was featured in Man vs. Food). Also, Italian/Sushi/Thai/Indian/BBQ place that has the best Happy Hour menu... etc.... I hope to find these places to frequent and tell all my family and friends in Seattle!!!
