This young woman is not your usual non-English speaking illegal. She is very smart and proved herself through her grades.

The best thing we can do is agree to disagree. I do not like that this country is over-run by people who are too lazy to learn , or just do not want to learn to speak English. However in this one specific case
I have great empathy for the young woman.

OK then give every student through the US who is a citizen the same option, if they have good grades and have proven themselves but don't live in Colorado give them the option for lower tuition.

No way should illegals pay less tuition than any other Citizen of this country. We have all paid our fair share if taxes and we have earned the right legally to pay less tuition. It doesn't matter that her parents brought her here illegally....she should have to go through the proper channels to attend college here legally like any other citizen. Yes, it is very black and white. The downfall of our country is due to all the shades of gray that has been created.
