Ok, the guys are having a hey day. I decided by describing the toys and how society is that you would guess that I have two boys. Yes. I do and very much so. I've asked them to clean their room. Instead they are playing, any nice suggestions?
There are legos, toy cars, lizards, army tanks, a tree house, books, blankets, fire trucks, a huge helicopter and etc....!
im not sure someone's post here made any sense. you have to ask the children to do something so they will know what is expected of them. if you don't ever ask them to not do something they won't know what not to do whether it is bad or wrong. your child will do things if you ask them or not...but its good to lead off and say 'here, this is what you need to do' only my 'this is what you need to do' wasnt working tonight lols
Maybe you could make it a contest between the two to see who can clean better or faster. Kids always like if you make something a game or make it seem "fun."
This is a good idea too. The floor is lava, and only Pine-Sol (or Pinalen for us cheap bastards) can breakdown the lava. If going to Mt St Helens for a family vacation, best to let the kids know the truth.
