I am so tired of rain, again it's raining. We haven't had a rain like this in several years. I remember several years ago it seemed to rain everyday of the summer. Now my grass is getting too much rain.

Our grass was cut on Saturday and is already getting too long. Of course, before the rain started, I had the yard man put turf builder on the grass...........well, I have never had grass this thick before.

My grass hasn't been cut in over a week, the lawn guys can't come because it's too wet! We are in for rain again this afternoon according to the weather guy.

My grass did not get cut this week either.

Turf builder is wonderful, stone. It will make the grass thick and lush. I don't use it anymore because I let the grass people put down whatever they see fit.

After last year I will not complain. Lake Conroe still needs 2.5 feet to be full.

I put Scott's Fungus control on the yard yesterday, I noticed a few yellow rings in the grass. It's feast or famine, either no rain or too much!

We have it much better than the rest of the country, no complaints here.

You better put down some fungus control as it will spread! Scott's has a good product, bought some at Home depot for $12.98 a bag.

I don't have the bright yellow blades of grass as I normally do with disease, I just have patches that look like they are not growing. My oleanders have powdery mildew and the crape myrtles have something , also.

Perm o green was out yesterday to fertilize and I asked them to look for fungus. I will have to call them and see if they treated and for what.

The small patches are easy to spread. I have it in small areas. Most of the grass drained off properly.
