I'm a single gay man in my early 30's. I've been offered a very attractive job in The Woodlands area and would be relocating from Indianapolis. I'm curious about how conservative the area is. Is there much of a gay community in The Woodlands? I know that Houston has a very large LGBT community but when I have visited, The Woodlands seems much more conservative and family oriented (all good things - but not always the most gay friendly environment. I'd appreciate any thoughts... Thanks!
I am gay. I think The Woodlands is a great place for happy people. Now as far as your other situation, I can't speak of that. But for happy people, it's wonderful!

What approach? I consider myself a very happy person. I will keep my personal thoughts to the rest of his problems.
I just sent you a welcome message, before I found this posting on here.... We just started this page a few months ago and we are very surprised at the response.... The majority of members are from The Woodlands but, we have members from all over Houston and beyond..... We have already met so many great people and lots of resources for information about LGBT life in The Woodlands and North Houston.....
