Good luck, sstone! I should be ready to start up on Thursday.

I have a luncheon next week in Kingwood and she is serving everything I love. It will be a test, no doubt, but I will be bringing my own lunch, dang it!

We have built our own Woodlandstx Medifast support network! It will be a great place to share "lean and green" meal ideas!

I am on day two and it is not as easy as you have found it to be. Maybe my body has to adjust.

True. I went from a ton of calories into it, but everyone is different. Blair is there to help you work through any struggles. She may have good suggestions.

I am sure that if I get out and about. We both feel more tired on this, but, like I say, it is probably the adjustment.

Yes the tired feeling is very normal but it will go away in 2 to 7 days. Going for a small leisure walk will help. Of course everyone is different but after a few weeks I started having extra energy.

I'm guessing the first week will totally suck!! After that it should be easier and we will be in a routine.

Yes Sillystring, the first week can be challenging but many of us have forged through it and it does get much better! Never forget the goal in the end. I am down 29 lbs in 6 1/2 weeks and john is down 41 lbs in 5 1/2 weeks.

Hunger was not a problem I had the first couple of days/week. I was a little more tired and I cringed when I saw BK ads on TV!

That is serious weight loss for such a short period of time.

Yes, it is. The challenge will be April 5-10 when we have a family visiting with younger kids. I think Blair will have to help us through that rough spot, although, if we keep on the same thing and take them out to dinner where we can find stuff to eat, that will be encouraging.
