Actually, I do not agree. i feel for this person and their loved ones. Death by electrocution is no joke. Stealing cooper is a crime, but lets not be HAPPY that the theif was killed. We are better than that, all of us.
There is no telling how much copper this clown has stolen and how much it has cost the community. If someone is so stupid to go into a power station and cut wires, don't tell me I should feel sorry for them. He should have be better than that.
