This is for someone who pays no attention to the news at all though (those who do not belong to vote!). Obama has made statements in contrary to most of those statements and so has Romney. It's more to the generic Republican/Democrat positions.
The President job as part of the Executive Branch is to ENFORCE the laws. If we are not ENFORCING immigration laws then the President is NOT doing his job, instead he wants to strike down states that try to enforce immigration laws. So instead of enforcing the law, he creates a law (possibly unconstitutional) that allows illegals to stay which will attract more illegals bringing their children because they know they will get to stay. It is the Legislative Branch job to CREATE the laws. I think he missed a step there, there is no way I am voting for him come November. He is circumventing the constitution.
