It seemed like a neat concept and a fun place to try, but I agree that the prices seemed pretty steep. That probably contributed to their demise--especially in this economy.
It was VERY VERY good! I got the french toast and added the 2 eggs, sausage and hash browns to it for $2.99. Little did I know that the "side" that I got extra was, more or less, another meal in itself! Needless to say I overate...
It was very clean and the staff was very nice. I would tell that the waitresses were not super knowledgeable with the menu but then again it has only been open for 2 days. We got there at 9 am and sat right away but it was completely packed by 10:15 as we left.
We went Tuesday morning. I didn't try the coffee personally but my uncle was with us and he just said it was strong. The manager said they expect to be swamped on the weekend, just an FYI.
We are going this morning, if this one is half as good as the one in Sarasota (Siesta Key) I will be happy. I am sure they are still working on getting the kinks out with servers, etc.

Oh, my, I am starting a diet soon. We must all like to eat as there are plenty of restaurant reviews on here........I am one of the worst offenders lol.
Planning ahead and looking up nutritional info beforehand is really important. It is shocking sometimes when you see how bad something you thought was moderately healthy is for your diet. Restaurant food is really a diet sabotage. I wish I were a better cook.
