I was shocked to see how many calories are in the vanilla iced coffee at McDonalds. I even got the sugar free and it is a lot. And for eggs, just the sauce is so bad.......groan.....is anything good for us? LOL....

Unfortunately, I think that nothing that tastes good is good for us.

I love McD's ice coffee and was shocked and depressed when I saw how bad they are. Did you see the sugar content in the regulars?!?

At my age I sure as hell am not worried about what food is good for me, if I like it I consume it. I am over the limit in age already so why should I care?

I always look at the nutrition info before I go to a restaurant. It can really steer you away from bad choices!

If you have a smart phone, you can download app called my fitness pal and you can look up food nutrition info if you are at a restaurant you didn't research before hand.

That is the exact reasoning that is forcing me to bite the bullet now and diet!

We had breakfast here yesterday and thought it was pretty good. I had the french toast, scrambled eggs and bacon. My wife had a huge omelet and thought it was very good. The service was excellent and the place is clean and very large, they can accomodate several people without a wait to be seated.

Those both sound good texbuck! I wish my other half would get up earlier so we could enjoy a good breakfast on the weekends.

Your breakfast sounds good texbuck. It is making me hungry. I could eat breakfast food three meals a day.

I totally agree.

My husband hates breakfast though, so I never get to make brunch for dinner. he only reluctantly eats eggs every once and a while. I don't understand it.

Definitely love breakfast for dinner, although I don't think John would be that excited about it.
