Hi,
We have a Ford and a Buick. The Buick needs some repair. We live on Sawdust Rd. and are looking for a reputable auto repair place. Can you please provide us with some of your best places? Thank you in advance for your help.
Also I am wondering about a good towing service, just so if we break down in Houston or on the way we know who to call that will take our vehicle to our repair center.
Thanks again.

Do not go to Ripley's. Sure its a mom and pop place that is now run by their son and his brother. We went to get our water pump checked out and they said they would take care of it. We went back later in the day to see what was going on because we didn't get a call. They said the bill to replace the water pump was 3 hundred something dollars. We were in the middle of paying them and we asked what was wrong with the water pump. They said, "nothing was wrong with it." We asked why are we paying this much then and they replied for the labor and the replacement of the part. Then we said that they should have called us but they said that they assumed we wanted it repaired even though my husband did not ask for a replacement or sign any papers before he left Ripley's. I kept at it and got half of my money back but will not return to Ripley's.....ever.
