Hi - I think it's more like a scavenger hunt "race" - you will use your phone and receive clues to do certain challenges and tasks. From what I can tell in other cities (it looks like they've done these in 20+ cities with different names for the event) some of them are wedding-industry related tasks, some are related to landmarks in the area, and some are just goofy. As you complete tasks you receive points and the team with the most points wins.
In some other cities I think you could bike from place to place, but I'm 99% sure I saw somewhere that you can't use bikes for this one.
