The breakdown of votes show Trump led in all categories. Corporations and special interest groups are probably busy throwing more $ at the super PACs in an effort to diminish him.

I can't believe the length of speeches last night by Sanders and Hillary you would think that they just won the presidential election. Long very long .... too long ...ridiculous!

It's clear that Ted Cruz won. Of course the media gives him no credit just as they didn't in Iowa.
It's funny that in Iowa he was first beating all projections yet "Rubio won" by getting third place.
Rubio was proven to be a one hit wonder.
Cruz can win a conservative evangelical state as well as a liberal state.
Look at the money spent to. Cruz spent only $18 per vote. The lowest of the serious candidates. Trump paid $40 per vote!!!
The true test will be South Carolina. Cruz didn't have a big effort in New Hampshire but he has a great force in South Carolina.

This is interesting

@sillystring :

Did you see that on Drudge? I was just reading that looking for the numbers from my last post. The "super delegate" mess is to ensure the establishment keeps control.

Just heard on the news that a new super pac, a principal pac, is being put into place in SC and claims that it is their sole purpose to take down Trump. They take credit for Trump not being #1 in Iowa. They say they have millions to spend but have not filed yet so the $ amount in the pac is not known. They don't support any candidate but don't want Trump. The Wall Street Journal's Glenn Hall, US News Editor is reporting this.

@sillystring I didn't catch the name of the woman raising $ for it, but she was involved in Mitt Romney's campaign.

I think it's interesting to see, at least in my witness of it, that media ads seem to be diminishing in importance for effective campaigning. It seems to be all about email, social media and "ground game". That to me diminishes the influence of super pacs, and that's great. In this age of over-communication, it seems we get a better picture and feel for the candidates. A large part of the campaigning seems to be free - appearances on news shows. They seem to "use" the news media for exposure, more prevalently than paid TV/radio ads.
