Dunner and dancing is always fun. Although, I don't go dancing anymore, so, don't know where they dance around here......anyone know that?

Maybe an evening strolling on the Waterway--lots of nice restaurants and some wine bars. There are several dessert options too. Several nights a week they have music on the waterway square. I think they do it saturday and maybe thursday or something. someone else might know more about the live bands on the waterway..., but it is usually a nice festive place on the weekends. Enjoy.

Genuwine is a fun place. Cozy atmosphere, nice menu, great wine list and live music. It is in Magnolia on the corner of 2978 and 1488.

I was thinking of Hubbell and Hudson. I have never been. Any thoughts?

Never been, but have heard that it is good and is a nice place. I am sure you could find some reviews on line. BTW, I saw in The Villager that the live music I mentioned is on Saturday nights at the Waterway Sq. *by the fountains) from 6-8 and this week it was a classic rock band. It sounds like a nice evening. Do tell us how it goes if you decide to eat at H&H.

Hubble and Hudson on research has a band. They don't offer the type of dinners that the one on Waterway Square does. I think their food on the square is very good. Flemings is pricey, but, won't disappoint you for quality of food.

We took the kids to The Star Cinema Grill in Conroe to see Hotel Transylvania. It was cute. There is a groupon for it. $5 for movie and large popcorn!

They have greatly improved the Star Cinema Grill in Conroe. I didn't care for it before, but my DIL and I went not too long ago and it was much nicer.

We have only been twice (both times with the Groupon) and we've enjoyed it. I guess you can also watch Texans games on their screens too! I bet that would be cool!
