I agree, I noticed a great improvement in his delivery and he came across loud and clear in my opinion.

Yes, I heard Romney's speech. He tends to go on and on and on. He is not very inspiring to listen to.....better looking than great speaker. He seems a bit more animated than previously. He most likely is getting some coaching.
