the 3800 sqft is the issue and what type cleaning.
Maids will charge you less if they come every week, or that has been my experience.
If I paid $100/wk for 3100 sq ft 4 years ago, I would think 150 would not cover 3800 sq ft once a month. I still have a maid weekly, but a smaller house.
I hope you find one for 150 a month and good for you if you do. I'm not trying to argue just tell you what I paid.
