We can be serious, but, when we are playful, it seems to brighten my day.

Things should be fun on here.

txwoodchuck, I think links can be important, but most of the time I don't bother with them.

texbuck, I guess we can look forward to the insults...

Life is short folks, don't take it too seriously.

Just having fun, in the forum titled books I wrote that I was reading Henny Youngman's book titled "The Big Book of Insults" to sharpen my skills.

The NY Post is a trash newspaper. Not just my opinion. It's never a news source and on par with the notorious tabloids in the UK.

Buck, posting links to questionable sources doesn't help those of us who are looking for some accurate news.

The NY Post is not to be taken seriously.

Being that you are the expert on the news, where should I go to get factual information? I didn't realize that you were one of the monitors on this site and I do apologize for posting links from national newspapers. Should I have you proof read my articles before posting in the future?

Hey Buck, I didn't mean to hurt your feelings.

I'm no expert nor am I a monitor here. Thanks, I needed the laugh.

I do understand that when people post links like those, the intent is to influence anyone who happens to click on it. There aren't any dummies here. Just a bunch of people with different opinions. Like noses, we all have one.

I never post links, (not that you shouldn't) because the intent is to push a point of view. Again, I don't think there are any dummies here. I'll make up my own mind and let others make up theirs. (except hookem, this IS his source of news,,,,,, To funny)

Now the infamous New York Post. It's a local N.Y tabloid that posts photos of scantily clad women on page 3, trying to sell their brand of journalism. It's closer to MAD Magazine than the N.Y. Times.
