I don't know about your neighborhood, but, the new home starts in ours is really excellerating. Between Creekside Green and Creekside Forest, many new homes have gone up in the past few months. I imagine this is in anticipation of the new Exxon/Mobile move. If not, if this is just normal buyer's market, one can only imagine how many new homes will be built. Already, they are getting ready for new houses across Kukendahl. I wonder how long they will take to build out The Woodlands.
