Yep. It's pretty close to Spring Creek and that's what floods. I would think they would have to disclose to you that it was flooded. I would ask them if the house was flooded this past summer because it's closer to the creek than my son's house was and his flooded, he was right off Glen Loch.

Does anyone k ow what streets didn't flood? Mid roaring creek flood? I'm looking at a Hm in there and wasn't sure if it had flooded
