I have recently relocated to The Woodlands from sunny San Diego, CA in order to live close to my children since they have settled in the area. The friendliness of people here and beautiful surroundings of the area have made the adjustment pleasant and beneficial.
Now I am looking for employment in the area as a nurse. Seeing that there are so many medical facilities and nursing services, I hope to land one soon. I hold a current Texas Vocational Nurse License and am certified in IV therapy and blood drawing. I also am a Certified Personal Trainer and nutritionist (non-certified) and enjoy working with individuals or patients to achieve their fitness/health goals on an individual basis. I have much experience in the areas of private nursing, home care, clinical and urgent care, and hospice. I am upbeat and compassionate, professional but personable, and easy to get along with.
If anyone has suggestions for employment, knows of a home nursing / care provider need, or private personal trainer opening please let me know. I am looking forward to becoming a part of this community and finding employment where my skills and talents can be beneficial to others.
