Directed all operational and fiscal activities of the office and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of all three office locations. Scheduled work hours, resolved conflicts, determined salaries, created payroll by using quick books. Kept up with vacation days and PTO time. Worked collections, filled in at the front desk, check out, verified insurance, took care of all referrals from primary care doctors. Attended training seminars to stay current n all changes in billing and Medicare changes. My goal as a manager was that all employees were cross trained in all positions of the office. Founder of practice retired and sold the practice.

Worked under Mrs. Campbell as the Manager. I was the front desk coordinator and handled insurance verification. Assisted as the back up biller to stay caught up on billing. I also made all appointments and arranged the payment plans for the patients to ensure their responsibility would be paid in full before their due date. Dr. Campbell got cancer and was forced to retire early and sold his practice.

Four handed dental assistant for a left handed dentist. We performed many surgical procedures, composite fillings, crowns and dentures. I learned all the instruments and their uses, how to set up trays for each procedure. Was able to take impressions and make molds to be used for crowns, bridges, and dentures. Able to take a set of full mouth PA X-rays and bite-wings.
