Directed all operational and fiscal activities of the office and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of all three office locations. Scheduled work hours, resolved conflicts, determined salaries, created payroll by using quick books. Kept up with vacation days and PTO time. Worked collections, filled in at the front desk, check out, verified insurance, took care of all referrals from primary care doctors.
