I have worked the past four years as a Sales Coach/Manager for a call center, coaching agents and doing client calls for several campaigns. Prior to this I worked three years as a nursing assistant in the long term health care. I love being around people, working hard, and working with a team.

High school Graduate, Certification with Logistics in the United States Army, and CNA certification.

Worked doing VPRs, Weekly Stats, daily/weekly/monthly reports for clients and upline, Coaching logs, hiring, Training, one on one coaching with agents, Live Monitoring, ACT's, etc
Answering phones, setting appointments, keeping logs, etc.
