Job Description:
Position available for a Part Time Home Technician in The Woodlands area. This position requires the applicant to have reliable transportation, a mobile phone, computer and digital camera, tools for completing minor residential repairs and maintenance.
Responsibilities of the Home Technician include:
Performing minor Repairs and Maintenance for residential properties. Painting, minor plumbing repairs, sprinkler repairs.
Property Inspections - Conducting property inspections for residential properties. Completing property inspection reports. Taking photos of properties.
Move In / Move Out inspections - meeting with new residents, walking them through the property, completing move in / move out documents, taking photos
We screen our applicants for Criminal Backgrounds.
Skills Required:
Computer / email / internet literate. Must know how to use a computer, send and receive emails, use the internet for researching & quot;How To& quot; information for common home maintenance problems and resolutions.
Must know how to use a digital camera and download photos to a computer and upload photos to internet sites.
Repair and Maintenance skills. Know how to fix things, or be willing to learn quickly
Painting & quot;Neatly& quot;
Compensation:
Pay depends on experience and performance. $12 to $20 / hr plus mileage for your vehicle.
Contract to Hire position.
