Job Description:
A Texas Vision Care Leader for over 50 years, Berkeley Eye Center is the only Eye Care practice in the Houston area to be named as a 2011 Top Workplace by the Houston Chronicle.
We are currently seeking a friendly professional individual with 3+ years of medical front office experience for our growing Clinic & LASIK Surgery Center in The Woodlands.
Ideal candidates make an excellent first impression with our patients through quality customer service, a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for the patients. Must be friendly, dependable and able to multi-task. Vision care experience a big plus!
Tasks for the position include:
Patient Check-In / Check Out
Data Entry of Patient Information
Insurance Verification & referrals (Medical Insurance / Vision Plans)
Appointment Scheduling
Monitoring Patient Flow
Posting Charges
Schedule
Monday-Thursday 8:00 to 5:00
Friday 8:00 to 2:00
