Wonder-Space Computer & Technology Summer Camp
500+/week
We are a Computer & Technology summer camp that offers over 25 courses for kids ages 6-17. This is our 12th year running as a Tech Camp and we now have 8 locations across the US, including The Woodlands, Tx.
We are currently looking for summer counselors to lead our campers in the fields of Game Design, Engineering & Programming and Media & Graphics through a fun and creative camp where students get to unleash their imagination and learn important technology applications and skills to last a lifetime. Counselors are in charge of a class with a 6 students per 1 instructor ratio, and the curriculum is given to them so that they can plan their class based on the objectives listed and the project at hand. The class they choose to teach depends on their knowledge, their abilities and age preference. Camp hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 and their schedule for the summer depends on the courses and weeks they choose.

Position Summary:
UniPixel Display, Inc. is currently recruiting Field Application Engineers to provide technical support for UniPixel’s product technology from the design phase at the OEM level to integration of our processes at the contract manufacturer and EMS customer sites. FAE positions will be major account focused servicing customer locations on a global basis with locations in North America, Europe, China, and Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities:
• Aid customers through the full design cycle from product conception, DFM analysis, manufacturing best practices, assembly support and product warranty resolution.
• Provide field technical support, responding to customers' technical questions relative to products.
• Support the product sales process and provide creative, thorough and practical problem resolution.
• Be the first-level key contact and product line technical expert for a specific customer or series of UniPixel customers.
• When requested generate application notes, technical articles, and technical presentations.
• Effectively position UniPixel products against the competition and promote value differentiation.
• Design and create customer templates, reference designs, and solutions to support key touch controller interface.
• Support sales plans in conjunction with the Regional and Corporate Sales Management.
• Support regional distribution and/or manufacturers rep sales.
• Identify, track and communicate customer project development schedule to sales team.
• Provide technical training.

Position Summary
UniPixel is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer to convert customer product requirements and designs for the printed electronics industry, test and troubleshoot new prototypes, and sustain existing designs and equipment. Basic engineering skills must be applied to develop functional and cost conscious designs in order to create solutions from the concept stage to a final released product. Some work involves sustaining existing products and interfacing outside designs into main product lines.
The position requires a motivated person to take charge of tasks as needed and complete them with minimal supervision in a timely manner. The qualified candidate should also be able to communicate clearly though good writing techniques and verbal communication and have great analytical and problem solving skills. The position will involve close working relationships with the production team, software team, electrical engineering team, and marketing team. Hands-on work will be required throughout all phases of the product design cycle.
Essential Functions:
• Basic structural frame and part design.
• Creating engineering prints with common drafting standards such as dimensioning and bill of material callouts.
• Creating assembly prints for production and manufacturing.
• Connector and cable assembly integration.
• Troubleshooting existing product issues and finding solutions to problems.
• Significant experience with drafting standards and better than average CAD skills using Autocad (2D) and Solidworks (3D).
