On April 3, 2011, I filled up my car at the Exxon - On The Run gas station at 2444 Research Forest Drive,The Woodlands, TX 77381. At the same time I bought a car wash, but did not use it on that day.

On April 5, 2011 I pulled into the car wash at the gas station and punched the car-wash code from my receipt. The machine malfunctioned and did not wash my car.

I walked into the store and the attendant asked me to come back the next morning to talk to the manager. After I pointed out that I work and could not possibly do this, she called her manager. After talking to the manager she told me that the malfunction of the car wash was my fault and they would neither refund the payment nor give me a new code for a car-wash.

Beware, this is how they treat customers"
