"AVOID at all costs! I have always enjoyed going to the dentist, until I came here. Now I am scared to death of dentists. The objective here is to get as much money out of you and your insurance plan as they can. They WILL destroy your healthy teeth to do it. In fact, any place associated with Allen Hamburg is to be avoided. All his associates are given the same objective: get your money. Personally, one of the dentists (it doesn't matter who you see, they are all on the same team)told me I needed to replace a filling. That lie has caused me YEARS of chronic tooth pain, hundreds of dollars (thousands from my insurance), and countless days of missed work spent in their waiting room, day after day, desperate for help and relief. I completely lost a perfectly good tooth, and damaged 3 others, thanks to this place. I have had multiple dentists since tell me I was a victim of greed. Also, this place wanted to charge me $550 for the same custom night guard that another dentist charged $200. That's quite a mark up on an uninsured item.
I can tolerate a dirty office, less than friendly staff, a long wait. But destroying my healthy teeth, causing undue chronic pain, stealing my money...these people are cruel.
I never ever write reviews, but if I can save one person the misery I endured, it will be worth it. Please avoid this practice at all costs."

"Although the front office staff was really nice and professional I felt the dentist herself lacked professionalism and respect. After taking off work and my son out of school for dental work the dentist tried to reschedule our appointment because she was running behind, had a lunch appointment and wanted to be back for other afternoon appointments. Basically we were made to feel less important then her lunch appointment or other patients. She came out several times talking to her staff about time concerns and when she finally got to my son she decided to refer him to another specialist. I was never asked to come back so she could discuss this with me nor was I given the option to have any of the other work he needed done completed that day. I basically felt she was pushing us out the door so she could make her lunch appointment. A professional dentist would have consulted with me about their concerns and reason to refer and offered to still perform other work needed since we had taken time off our day to be there. A doctor/patient relationship requires trust and respect and we did not get the respect I felt we deserved so I have no trust in this dentist."
