The Ethnicity & Racial Makeup information doesn\'t = 100%. Why is the \"Hispanic\" line formatted differently?

Maureen Barthen says:
Your Median household income of $95,000 on this page is confusing with the info you provide in the Quick Facts page of $110,000 for an average family income. I realize there is a distinction, but others may wonder about the accuracy.
