I found Superior Limousine and Transportation on your site and was happy to support a local business as a visitor to The Woodlands. I made a reservation for a ride to Hobby International and then had to cancel 23 days before my trip. I was charged a $50.00 cancellation fee--outrageous! I did not know about their policy until I received a confirmation email for the reservation. This experience has left me with a negative feeling about businesses in your community. In this day when flexibility is essential in business and life, Superior Limousine and Transportation does not exhibit that philosophy. Travelers beware!

I have been trying to get a list of festivals, craft shows in the Woodlands area. I am a crafter with a very unusual product, I lead and paint glass block lites. Is there a list of such events available? For the past few months I have been able to find out very little information on these events.

Yes, I know that the theater parking building across the street has handicapped parking on the second floor. There is an elevator to take you to the first floor. Think about it, you have to walk to get out of the building, walk a block, cross the boulevard carrying equipment And, you have to be able to get back to follow the same route. I am 75 years old and I have severe spine issues. Luckily, there was one HC parking place to the side of the theatre that was free. If this wasn\'t available I would have to walk much further. I have contacted the Montgomery County Commissioners Office to address this issue for me.
This is something that your office should have handled a long time ago.
You and your store owners. It is a big disappointment that with all the care and attention The Woodlands has made toward most of our needs, that this problem still exists.
